Class D Extinguisher
Contains a special blended Sodium Chloride based dry powder extinguishing agent for use in combustible metal fires. Designed to extinguish fires involving magnesium, sodium, potassium and sodium-potassium alloys, there is also data showing that zirconium, uranium, titanium and powdered aluminum fires can be controlled and extinguished with this unique extinguisher. Dependable drawn steel cylinders with all metal valve construction, feature an extension applicator to keep the operators hands away from the extreme heat.
