Shipping
Orders for
In-Stock items
placed before 12:00 PM (PST) are usually shipped the same day, otherwise
they are processed and shipped the next business day (Monday through Friday with the
exception of Federal Holidays). Some orders may require additional time
for verification and processing prior to shipping.
If your order is received after 12:00 PM (PST) on a Friday
or a holiday, it will not be processed and shipped until the following Monday or
next working day. Some orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Any "out of stock" orders are normally shipped within 3-5
business days (M-F with the exception of Federal Holidays). Customers will be
notified by email and/or telephone if a product they ordered is out of stock or
will not be available for more than one (1) week.
Free UPS ground shipping offer applies to orders which are over $250 excluding freight and oversized shipments. Some items may require additional shipping fees due to size or weight, we will contact you after your order if this is in fact the case.
